Initial Appointment 75-90 minutes £180
A comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, and long-term goals. We’ll begin to explore the root causes of your symptoms and introduce your personalised plan.
Follow-Up Appointment 40 minutes £90
Scheduled 4–6 weeks after your initial consultation to review progress, adapt your plan, and provide continued support.

Functional Testing
Functional laboratory testing provides in-depth insight into your unique biochemistry, nutritional needs, and potential genetic influences. These tests help uncover imbalances or deficiencies that may not always be visible through standard testing, allowing for a more precise and personalized approach to your health.
I collaborate with trusted and well-established functional testing laboratories, which gives me access to a wide range of specialist tests. This means I can recommend the ones most relevant to your individual circumstances. Testing is only suggested when I believe it will genuinely support the therapeutic process and guide the most effective interventions.
Test analysis £60 (cost of the tests not included) 30 minutes
While test recommendations and analysis are included in standard appointments, this service is ideal for clients who only want assistance with organising and interpreting functional tests – without recommendations or a medical review.
Tests may include:
- Health and nutritional profiling.
- Organic acids analysis (OAT),
- Comprehensive gut/stool tests (GI360, Vibrant Gut Zoomer)
- Adrenal stress profile (CAR)
- Hormone panels (DUTCH, Vibrant Hormone Zoomer, Thyroid panels)
- Food intolerance and sensitivity testing (Vibrant Food Zoomer panels, P88)
- Autoimmune tests (Cyrex arrays, vibrant Zoomer panels)
- Genetic tests
